Return and Refund Policy

At RoyalT Creations, we want every customer to receive products that are beautiful, meaningful, and made with care.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

· Your order number

· A description of the issue

· Clear photos of the item

· Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged

After reviewing your request, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already gone into production, we may not be able to cancel it.
